Role Description

This is a full-time Thai-citizenship position for a Business Consulting Associate, based in Bangkok, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The associate will collaborate with clients to drive impactful business strategies, analyze data to inform decision-making, and deliver solutions that address their unique challenges. The role entails assisting in management consulting projects, conducting financial analysis, and facilitating effective communication within teams to achieve measurable and transformative results. Regular client interactions and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient Analytical Skills and Finance expertise to evaluate data, interpret results, and support financial decision-making
• Experience or ability in Consulting and Management Consulting to drive business strategies and deliver actionable solutions
• Strong Communication abilities to effectively engage with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Flexible and adaptive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with digital transformation, change management, or business development strategies is a plus
• Must be a Thai citizen
