Job Description

Job Title: Process Support Consultant

Role Overview

The Process Support Consultant supports business and operational processes by monitoring execution, identifying gaps, and ensuring compliance with defined standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day process execution and issue handling
  • Monitor process performance and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
  • Assist in documenting SOPs, workflows, and process maps
  • Support process improvement initiatives and pilots
  • Coordinate with business and operational teams on process issues
  • Track process KPIs and prepare operational reports

Qualifications & Skills

  • 25 years of experience in process operations or business support roles
  • Basic knowledge of process mapping and improvement methodologies
  • Strong coordination and documentation skills
  • Experience with BPM or workflow tools is a plus
