Job Description
- Lead financial planning & analysis across sales, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses
- Provide actionable insights through scenario analysis and performance tracking
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Challenge commercial assumptions and influence business direction to improve financial outcomes
- Drive cost control initiatives including rebates, discounts, and resource allocation optimization
- Co-manage pricing structures and oversee trade promotion and loyalty program governance
- Ensure accurate tracking, settlement processes, and strong financial oversight of commercial activities
- Act as the key liaison across local, regional, and shared service finance teams
- Support financial reporting and alignment with group requirements and timelines
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with regional finance stakeholders on budgeting and performance management
- Support audit processes, statutory reporting, and transfer pricing considerations
- Improve financial processes through automation, digitalization, and data-driven solutions
- Provide visibility and transparency on financial performance across business units
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial finance or business partnering within an MNC
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or product-based industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/data tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders
