Position: Business Controller & Process Excellence Manager (Air Freight)

Location: Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Lead the development of Air Freight plans and budgets, ensuring productivity targets and performance measures are achieved.
  • Implement Controlling objectives, plans and processes for a specific business area(s) of small/ medium scale complexity
  • Provide strategic input to the Head of Air Freight for a better interpret financial information and draw conclusions
  • Deliver Controlling projects and activities to provide financial risk and opportunity analysis of operations, investment reviews and control
  • Lead the implementation of tight financial controls and standardized operating protocols across the Air Freight area to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, performance related reporting and relevant financial and / or non-financial information to management
  • Analyze issues and suggest enhancements in existing Controlling processes, systems, techniques and methods to enhance transparency and efficiency, e.g. through digitalization and automation
  • Support business owners in preparation and analysis of business cases
  • Track progress of action plans and business initiatives, ensuring timely execution, measurable results, and escalation of critical issues to the Head of Air Freight, CFO, or Regional Management when corrective measures are required.

Qualification: -

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with additional knowledge of Logistics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and team-building skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good MS Office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint )
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Can work well under pressure.
