Job Description
- Oversee timely and accurate monthly financial closing in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial submissions to the global group via Hyperion
- Lead the development of the annual business plan, ensuring alignment with corporate expectations
- Promote and monitor adherence to the company's Values and Ethics framework
- Strengthen and streamline financial closing routines, policies, and guidelines to ensure high-quality reporting
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to management to support profitable growth
- Provide support to enhance cash flow efficiency and reduce DSO
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers finance teams
- Provide finance training for local management in line with corporate financial principles
- Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Controller should have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, including financial management and people leadership responsibilities
- Experience working with IFRS and reporting in a publicly listed multinational corporation
- Strong background in business partnering, cash flow management, and cost control
- Familiarity with Tagetik, Microsoft Navision, and preferably experience in the service industry
- Strong English communication skills and proficiency in Excel
- Preferred qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CPA
