Job Overview

Business & Data Analysis Manager drives business growth through sales analysis, market insights, and data-driven decision support. Leads dashboard development, performance reporting, and strategic projects to improve decision-making and identify new business opportunities.

Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities

1. Sales Performance

Analyze and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth across all channels
  • Analyze sales performance across Stores, Delivery, and Sales by Channel
  • Identify growth opportunities and key pain points
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making
  • Recommend sales initiatives such as promotion, pricing, and product mix optimization

2. Business Insight

Generate data-driven insights to support business decision making
  • Analyze performance from Campaigns, POS, Marketing Activities, and Loyalty Programs
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing and sales strategies
  • Monitor performance and evaluate ROI

3. Power BI Dashboard Development

Dashboard design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable reporting solutions
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions based on management requirement and business needs
  • Connect, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP, CRM, databases, Excel files, and cloud platforms
  • Develop and maintain data models, datasets, and ETL processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions
  • Monitor dashboard performance and implement improvements where necessary

4. Market Research


Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor insight
  • Support new product development initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate new sales channels
  • Provide strategic recommendations for business growth

5. Project Management


Lead and manage strategic projects across the organization
  • Oversee projects such as CRM implementation, new sales channels, department flow / process improvement, and IPO preparation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Management, Operations, Finance, and IT teams
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
