Responsibilities: Responsibilities Conduct business analysis and marketing research for new real estate development Conduct overall market research related to real estate development business Develop feasibility study of real estate development project including profit & loss statement projection Collaborate with partner and related team Co-ordinate with external consultants and related team Provide recommendation & supervise on new development project Assess risks on new development project and existing project Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to improve existing project Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance or related Bachelor Degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering with Finance experienced or related is also acceptable At least 2-3 years work experiences in project as Business Development Analyst, Financial analyst, Investment analyst, Market researcher in real estate, developer, investment bank or bank Computer literate of Microsoft Proficient English in speaking and writing
