Job Description

We are seeking an Alliance Manager to manage and grow strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical business. This role acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure successful collaboration, deal execution, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Lead and develop external alliance agreements, ensuring win-win strategies and mutual benefits.
  • Business Development Support: Assist in the execution of Business Development & Licensing (BD&L) plans, including deal endorsement, signing processes, and risk assessments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Franchise, and Supply Chain for inventory planning and sales forecasting.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as a resource for resolving complex collaboration conflicts and providing leadership to partner companies.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day alliance activities, including regulatory information exchange and performance reviews.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure reporting of technical complaints or adverse events related to products within 24 hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Bioscience, Business, Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Partnership Management is preferred
  • Strong project management, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory, supply chain, and commercial processes
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English

Location: Bangkok, near BTS Phrom Phong

This is a 15-month contract position and is not a permanent role.
