Job Description

Collect and analyze land information to identify new business opportunities and potential development sites.

Conduct feasibility studies including market research, competitor analysis, and project plan evaluation in close coordination with the Planning, Sales, and Design teams.

Support product planning by proposing product concepts that align with market trends and customer insights.

Meet and negotiate with landowners, building trusted relationships that lead to successful acquisitions.

Assess legal and business risks to ensure projects are compliant and secure from the early stage.

Manage project progress, monitoring schedules, budgets, and overall feasibility to keep development on track.

Collaborate cross-functionally to transform ideas into real, successful property developments that create new value in the market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a real estate development company in Thailand.

Experience in BD at a Thai residential developer is an advantage.

Good communication skills in English

Open-minded, humble, and takes responsibility instead of blaming others.
