Gray Matter Solutions is a Singapore-based MedTech spin-off from Nanyang Technological University, dedicated to transforming the diagnosis and treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) with our digital platform, ReCOGnAIze. The platform combines advanced technology with clinically validated assessments to support patients and clinicians in detecting MCI, providing detailed reports for better health outcomes.

Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to lead marketing execution, including paid campaigns, content creation, and brand development. The role also involves supporting business development activities, including partner engagement and on-site coordination as needed. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to go-to-market strategy at an early-stage MedTech company. You will report directly to the CEO and Co-founder.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
• Create engaging content including short-form video, graphics, and copywriting
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics on a weekly basis
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence
• Design marketing collateral such as pitch materials, brochures, email campaigns, and presentations
• Support business development and partnership activities as needed
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Preferably based in Bangkok, Thailand
• Practical experience with social media advertising platforms
• Proficiency in content creation tools
• Strong written communication skills in English; Thai proficiency is highly recommended
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Interest or prior exposure to digital health, MedTech, or healthcare is a plus
