The Role: Business Development Associate

Business Development Associate to be the strategist behind our growth. In this role, you aren't just a lesson designer; you are a sharp, strategic thinker capable of decoding market trends and transforming raw insights into powerful Learning Solutionsfrom Online Courses and Corporate Workshops to intensive Bootcamps.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Planning & Ownership: Plan strategies and analyze Tech/Digital Skills trends to identify new business opportunities. You will take ownership of the team's P&L (Profit & Loss) like a business owner, handling everything from forecasting and cost management to achieving profit targets.
- Product Portfolio Optimization: Manage the overall Learning Product portfolio. This includes Instructor Management (recruiting and maintaining relationships), initiating new courses, and updating existing content. You will establish feedback systems to continuously analyze and develop products that meet market demands.
- Curriculum & Learning Experience: Design content and Learning Journeys in collaboration with instructors to simplify complex knowledge. You will prepare standard case studies and exercises, and perform On-site Quality Assurance to ensure the learning experience is perfect and fully meets customer needs.
- Consultative Solution Design: Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and act as a specialist supporting the sales team. You will design solutions for complex deals to help close sales and build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Passionate Educator: A strong commitment to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective education for Thai personnel.
- Domain Knowledge: Practical knowledge or experience in AI, Data, or Programming to aid in curriculum development and customer consulting. You should have fresh ideas for new courses you want to bring to life.
- Logical & Business Sense: Possess logical reasoning and the ability to use data for decision-making. You must understand how to monetize products to satisfy customer requirements.
- Growth Mindset: A love for learning through reading, listening, or teaching. You must be brave enough to give and receive direct feedback and remain focused on learner success. You should understand customer pain points and know how to create experiences that solve them.
Extra Points: Special consideration will be given if you have experience as a
teacher or Teaching Assistant (TA), or possess strong knowledge transfer skills.
