Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development (Chinese Speaker) to support business growth by expanding the customer base within the steel processing, coil center, and manufacturing industries. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in achieving commercial objectives. The successful candidate will play an important role in driving market expansion and revenue growth while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand customer coverage and drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify emerging trends and target accounts.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations for potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and projects.
• Support the Sales Manager during customer visits, negotiations, and business development activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support long-term business expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in steel processing, coil center operations, metal manufacturing, or related industries.
• Chinese language proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above with business communication capability.
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English communication skills.
• Thai-Native Speaker
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for client visits.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
