Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Security Pipeline & Sales Execution
- Drive new business development and scale commercial revenue for SoftwareOne's security portfolio, with a specific focus on the comprehensive Microsoft Security Stack.
- Manage the full enterprise sales loop, including territory blueprinting, active lead prospecting, technical validation, proposal drafting, RFP responses, and corporate contract negotiations.
- Translate highly complex cybersecurity capabilities, technical threat responses, and operational features into business-value outcomes for senior corporate management.
Account Planning & Executive Relationship Building
- Formulate and execute robust account and territory growth plans completely aligned with customer priorities and regional commercial targets.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with enterprise buyers, specifically engaging Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Security Architects, and Data Compliance directors.
- Conduct strategic, high-signal client conversations around data modernization, advanced analytics safety, and secure artificial intelligence (AI) adoption models.
Ecosystem Collaboration & Co-Selling
- Partner closely with local Microsoft field teams, internal pre-sales solution architects, and downstream delivery lines to structure, co-sell, and close sophisticated client architectures.
- Serve as the principal point of cross-functional alignment on security deals, ensuring solution configurations perfectly address specific customer compliance vulnerabilities.
- Maximize SoftwareOne's partner status to capture joint market leads, tap local incentive programs, and drive long-term partner-led pipelines.
Market Intelligence & Professional Excellence
- Maintain up-to-date domain knowledge regarding Microsoft's evolving security offerings, regional threat vectors, and global data privacy standards (e.g., PDPA, GDPR).
- Populate and maintain precise pipeline data within internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts for executive review.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven success in enterprise technology sales, with a strong preference for professionals carrying career backgrounds inside cybersecurity, cloud security, or managed security services (MSSP).
- Verifiable track record working directly with, or alongside, Microsoft field sales units, Microsoft account management structures, or inside the broader Microsoft tier-1 partner network.
- Knowledge in:
- Microsoft Security Stack Mastery: Deep structural knowledge of Microsoft's complete core security stack, covering:
- Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office 365)
- Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR framework)
- Microsoft Purview (Compliance, Risk Mitigation, & Data Governance)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management)
- Microsoft Intune (Unified Endpoint Management)
- Practical familiarity with Azure Cloud architectures, Zero Trust Security frameworks, global threat landscapes, cloud compliance standards, and local Thai data protection rules (PDPA).
- Strong, value-driven enterprise sales capabilities with a history of hitting and exceeding strict volume and contract value targets.
- Elite Stakeholder Interfacing: Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation habits to successfully pitch to technical security teams and corporate C-suite buyers alike.
- Highly collaborative communicator who can smoothly sync commercial pipelines with internal technical architects, partner managers, and delivery engineering leads.
- Complete professional fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken) is required for corporate reporting and localized client negotiations.
