Overall job role

Investment requests from clients, search, evaluate and contact target companies in

order to find suitable targets with respect to strategic fit, financial performance, and growth potential.

Responsibilities :

Make cold call team's long list creation, cold calling, bulk email outreach activities

Necessary corresponding with the target companies to obtain necessary information (e.g. audited financial statements).

Proactively identify potential M&A and business opportunities through various channels, including market research, industry events, and networking.

Build and maintain relationships with business partners, including investment banks, advisory firms, and other intermediaries.

Work closely with business partners to source potential investors, negotiate terms, and facilitate deal execution.

Qualifications :

Business level of English required

At least 5 years of business development experience in consulting firm, investment bank or M&A firm

Advantage

Business Level of Japanese language skills

Knowledge of financial modelling
