Nexus Peptides Co., Limited is a new subsidiary of Nuobello Co., Ltd, and has been established to be a premium supplier of peptides and advanced biomolecules (including NAD+ and regenerative compounds) to clinics and hospitals across Phuket and Thailand.
Our mission is to become the trusted B2B partner of choice for ethical, compliant, and high-quality peptide solutions in the rapidly growing regenerative and longevity medicine space.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly driven Business Development Director to lead market entry and drive revenue growth in Phuket, with an initial focus on clinics and hospitals currently administering peptides and biomolecular therapies.
This is a senior, externally facing role combining strategic relationship building, consultative sales, and long-term account management. The successful candidate will work closely with founders and senior leadership to shape Nexus Peptides’ commercial footprint from day one.
The Business Development Director will report to the Executive Committee, with direct lines of reporting to the Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer.

Candidate Profile
Essential
· Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
· Proven experience in:
o Business development, sales, or key account management
o Healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, wellness, or related B2B sectors
· Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Preferred (but not essential)
· Knowledge of peptides, regenerative medicine, longevity treatments, or biomolecular therapies
· Existing relationships with clinics or hospitals in Phuket or Southern Thailand
· Experience working with founder-led or fast-growing companies
