Job Summary
The Business Development Engineer is responsible for driving business growth and expanding market share by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic accounts, and converting in real orders. The role involves close engagement with system integrators, end-users, and distributors while supporting go-to-market initiatives and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition and expand market share within assigned territory.
Achieve & exceed sales target by continuous exploring customer requirement and align them with company's business portfolio.
Develop and manage key accounts while building long-term business pipeline.
Support campaigns, exhibitions, and product promotions.
Provide technical support, solution positioning, and product demonstrations to customers and partners.
Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reporting.
Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Certificate in Industrial Automation, Engineering, or equivalent.
15 years of sales experience, preferably in Process automation, Factory Automation and Robotics systems & components.
Strong understanding of technical and industrial automation solutions.
Self-starter with a strong hunter mindset for winning new business.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Languages
Thai Fluent
English Required (written and verbal proficiency).
Chinese and/or Japanese An added advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven with strong customer liaison abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
