o Identify growth opportunities and propose tailored go-to-market strategies.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns, events, and digital content targeting the horticulture sector.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with agronomy, R&D, and product management teams to ensure product-market fit.
o Support distributor training programs and strengthen channel performance.
o Contribute to internal reporting, sales analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Agri-inputs or Agri-tech in horticultural crop.
Strong knowledge of horticulture and fruit tree crops (e.g., durian, mango, citrus, banana, etc.).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value for growers.
Proficiency in MS Office platforms.
