Business Development Executive / Business Innovation Officer (Aviation Tech)

Responsibilities:

• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights within the aviation sector.
• Support in preparing reports and presentations based on market data.
• Help identify potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the aviation industry.
• Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Support senior team members in prospecting and lead generation efforts.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business materials for clients.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation related to business development projects.
• Ensure all project files and records are organized and up to date.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and webinars to build knowledge and expand professional networks.
• Stay updated on aviation trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to contribute to business development discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; internship experience in aviation or transportation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing at a business level).
