About the Role

The Sales Operations Executive will work closely with the Business Development Manager to support the company's sales objective in the Thailand Market. The Sales Operation Executive will also ensure smooth administration of company operations. This role encompasses project and customer relations management, which requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across our global offices to drive sales growth and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize the end-to-end sales process.
  • Develop and manage long-term strategic relationships with existing clients
  • Create and implement sales strategies and identify new markets to maximize business opportunities
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Handle and manage day-to-day operations such as admin duties.
  • Conduct market research, understand and keep up to date with latest industry developments and trends

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance or Business Administration or related field
  • Proven working experience as a business development, sales or relevant role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
  • An individual who is willing to persevere in the face of uncertainties and challenges, supported by a highly experienced team
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate in Thai and English
  • An eye for identifying campaigns, opportunities and clients in order to develop new and existing businesses
  • Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Interests in FX/Finance industry

Language: Native or professional fluency in Thai (spoken and written) is required to support local clients and partners.
