Role Description
This is a full-time, strategic role for our first Business Development Executive who will be instrumental in establishing and scaling our CRM Services division. You will work closely with the CEO to shape our go-to-market strategy, build our sales infrastructure, and drive revenue growth across two key product lines:
- Custom Software Development (project-based services)
- CRM Services (recurring revenue model - our new strategic focus)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cyclefrom identifying and qualifying prospects to closing deals and maintaining strategic client relationships. This role requires exceptional business acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales (80%)
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve annual sales targets of THB 8-10M
- Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline valued at THB 8-12M through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead management
- Conduct needs assessments and solution presentations for Thai SME decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Strategic Contribution (20%)
- Collaborate with Product Management to define CRM service packages, pricing strategies, and market positioning
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development roadmap
- Develop sales collateral, case studies, and presentation materials
- Participate in company-wide strategic planning and business development initiatives
- Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes and methodologies
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Track Record:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales within IT services, software development, or SaaS industries
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (100%+ achievement)
- Extensive experience selling to Thai SMEs with deal sizes ranging from THB 500,000 to THB 2,000,000
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technology solutions
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
- Consultative selling approach with ability to understand complex business requirements
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) or business software implementation
- Established network within Thai SME sectors (agriculture, food & beverage, manufacturing, wholesale/retail)
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth technology company
- Familiarity with LINE Official Account ecosystem and digital marketing tools
- Experience selling recurring/subscription-based services
