Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our P2P team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and implementation of innovative Peer to Peer Transfer (P2P) products. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, be a quick learner, and demonstrate comfort with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and Thai users demands.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
• Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• User Experience: Advocate for the best possible user experience, incorporating user feedback and usability testing into product iterations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in business or product management roles within the e-wallet, fintech, e-commerce, or digital payment industries.
• Familiar with e-wallet technologies, mobile payments, and digital financial services.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
