Job Description
- Identify new opportunities, target priority segments, evaluate market landscape and support global accounts to increase market share and new business conversion.
- Provide product guidance, colour matching, technical support, training, digital engagement and maintain regular contact to ensure high service levels.
- Lead pricing strategies, improve product mix, monitor gross margin, manage collections, and collaborate with credit control to secure timely payments.
- Support demand planning, improve forecast accuracy, and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities for raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate local launches, promote technical services and efficiency solutions, develop marketing/technical presentations and support up selling and digital marketing initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- University/college graduate with 10 years of experience in field sales, customer management, business development, preferably in the textile, garment or thread industry.
- Bright, motivated, willing to learn, adaptable and a team player.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence presenting to groups.
- Able to prioritise and manage workload independently, with the ability to draw insights from data.
- Strong customer focus with high ownership, perseverance, and accountability.
- Good English communication in English.
