We are recruiting a Thai speaker to join our Direct Sales Team to expand our presence in the vibrant Thai market!

Your responsibilities include:
- Handle the entire sales cycle, from qualifying lead to contract proposal
- Pitch Odoo Management Software to SMEs who are unsatisfied with their current tools
- Analyze customers business needs, activities and pain points
- Provide customers with a tailor-made product demonstration of our software
- Negotiation and closing

- No cold calling; A lot of people have already tried Odoo and want to know more about it!
- Opportunities to develop a personal network with decision makers/C-suite from different industries and build up industry knowledge
- Interesting, evolving product with a large application scope: CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, Inventory, HR, Project Management, etc.
- You'll be in direct contact with the customer from initial contact to closing
- No cap on commission
- Occasional business events and client visits in Thailand
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree, or higher
- Bilingual in English + Thai
- Excellent communication skills, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets
NICE TO HAVE
- Strong software and new technology awareness
- Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycle
- Immediate Availability
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience
