Profile Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Cross Sales Team in Thailand.
- This role focuses on identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities within our existing client base. You will play a key role in expanding revenue by promoting complementary products and services, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the internal sales team to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Candidates with a solid background in outbound salesespecially in B2B environmentswill thrive in this dynamic and growth-oriented position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Promote YCS solutions tailored to the needs of existing clients
- Work closely with internal sales and product teams to customize offerings
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on sales activities and progress to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 28 years of experience in outbound/B2B sales; prior experience in cross-sales is an advantage
- Must have laptop with proper internet connection
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the hospitality or SaaS industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
