Profile Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Cross Sales Team in Thailand.
  • This role focuses on identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities within our existing client base. You will play a key role in expanding revenue by promoting complementary products and services, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the internal sales team to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Candidates with a solid background in outbound salesespecially in B2B environmentswill thrive in this dynamic and growth-oriented position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Promote YCS solutions tailored to the needs of existing clients
  • Work closely with internal sales and product teams to customize offerings
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on sales activities and progress to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 28 years of experience in outbound/B2B sales; prior experience in cross-sales is an advantage
  • Must have laptop with proper internet connection
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
