Key Responsibilities: -
Ensure the development and maintenance of a customer database for effective identification and segmented targeting of global customers and prospects for IP (Industrial Projects).
Drive the sales strategy independently and manage sales activities to achieve business objectives.
Define and implement IP Department ISO standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.
Take ownership of achieving IP customer business targets and KPIs.
Lead IP customer meetings and sales visits (both potential and existing clients) and present company capabilities.
Identify and develop new sales leads to support business growth.
Drive market profiling and conduct customer/competitor research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to IP customers.
Qualification: -
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or a related logistics environment.
Strong understanding of the global forwarding industry, including sector dynamics, Industrial Projects, Oil & Gas products, and operational processes.
Proven experience in new business development.
Ability to identify customer needs, build long-term relationships, and translate requirements into commercial opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
