Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our growth efforts. This role involves preparing key business documents, developing and maintaining product catalogs, identifying and approaching potential B2B customers, and ensuring stock levels are adequately maintained to meet demand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of business proposals, quotations, presentations, and other relevant documents.

- Organize and maintain the company's product catalog, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest offerings.

- Identify new B2B opportunities through market research, cold outreach, networking, and referrals. Initiate contact and build strong relationships with potential clients.

- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the operations team to ensure stock availability meets sales and customer demands.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, follow up on leads, and assist in closing deals.

- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive

Fluent in Thai and English *****

Owns a personal laptop and eager to learn in a startup environment
