Responsibilities
Identification and Engagement:
- Proactively identify and assess potential Key Opinion Leaders within the beauty.
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs to ensure a positive and collaborative partnership.
Program Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement KOL engagement programs aligned with business objectives.
- Design and execute strategies to maximize the impact of KOL relationships on brand awareness and market presence.
Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with KOLs to create compelling content, including articles, blog posts, webinars, and social media content.
- Ensure that KOL-generated content aligns with the company's messaging and positioning.
Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and seminars featuring KOLs.
- Oversee logistics, invitations, and ensure a seamless experience for both KOLs and participants.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze KOL engagement metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team.
- Utilize data to refine and optimize KOL programs for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related major
- 3-6 years of experience in KOL management or at Beauty, E-commerce, FMCG, Tech Start-up as Business Development and/or KOL Specialist or Influencer Marketing Specialist
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing relationships with KOLs.
- Strong understanding of the Beauty landscape and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
