Business Development Lead (Web3,Blockchain,Ecosystem)

About us:

Token X is seeking a passionate BD Lead with a Web3 mindset to identify and activate partnerships with blockchain protocols, DApps, and decentralized finance (DeFi) players. Youll help bring token-based use cases to life in a compliant, scalable, and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and connect with ecosystem players in DeFi, L1/L2 chains, NFT, and DAO spaces

Explore utility token applications and blockchain infrastructure partnerships

Pitch, structure, and manage commercial deals and MOUs

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and legal teams to design feasible Web3 models

Represent Token X in ecosystem events and maintain thought leadership

Qualifications:

36+ years in BD, venture/startup ecosystems, or fintech/crypto roles

Passion for Web3, decentralization, and blockchain innovation

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to build commercial logic and translate tech into use cases

Experience working with smart contract platforms or token economies

Core Capabilities:

Strategic business sense with the ability to evaluate use cases and partnerships

Skilled in partner-facing communication and deal structuring

Competent in creating pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposals

Comfortable navigating legal, compliance, and financial discussions

Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and execution drive
