Recruit agencies and streamers, maintain client relationships to meet company standards, and ensure confidentiality of business information.
Train streamers on live streaming skills and platform requirements.
Support daily operations and assist streamers in resolving issues during livestreams.
Analyze and gather information on competitors.
Complete tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Open to both male and female candidates
Familiar with voice chat room / live streaming platforms
Strong coordination and communication skills
Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced situations
Candidates with experience in live streaming or voice social platforms will be highly preferred, such as: ** BIGO LIVE, Kumu, Uplive, MICO, Hiya, YOLO, SUGO,TIMO, etc.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Agency Management, or Operations within voice/live streaming platforms is a strong advantage
