Job summary

  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the automotive parts an aftermarket parts sector.
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies for new and existing markets.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and launch to market positioning and sales execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Market analysis: Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to form business strategy.
  • Strategy development: Identify new business opportunities, develop market entry strategies, and expand market share.
  • Automotive & 3PL Management: Take ownership of assigned sectors, including automotive components, aftermarket parts, and automotive-focused third-party logistics (3PL) solutions. Recommend initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, optimize distribution, and strengthen client satisfaction.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers/potential customers, suppliers, principals, internal sales teams, and automotive 3PL partners.
  • Sales and revenue growth: Achieve aggressive sales targets and drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, effective relationship management, and leveraging automotive 3PL solutions.
  • Training: Provide technical training to internal teams to ensure effective knowledge of automotive products, supply chain challenges, and 3PL value creation.
  • Data analysis: Use data analysis tools and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to support business strategies and track performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 35 years of 3PL experience in automotive aftermarket sales, automotive manufacturing, channel sales, business development.
  • Proven track record in regional market expansion beyond country of operation.
  • Deep technical and product knowledge in the automotive industry, including supply chain and 3PL logistics solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
