Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and grow long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across law firms, corporates, and financial institutions.
  • Project Origination: Identify and source executive search and recruitment projects through strategic networking and consultative selling.
  • Briefing & Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, craft compelling briefs, and translate business challenges into recruitment strategies.
  • Execution Oversight: Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of search mandates and recruitment projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous oversight of project milestones, candidate experience, and client satisfaction.
  • Solution Selling: Introduce and sell our proprietary recruitment technology solutions to existing and new clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, talent movements, and competitive dynamics to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Revenue Ownership: Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and business development, with compensation tied directly to performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Background: Law, Private Equity, Consulting, Mergers and Acquisition or Enterprise tech sales.

Experience: 5-8 years in account management, Mergers and Acquisition, business development, legal services, consulting or professional services.
