ANS Music is a global music distribution and media technology company helping artists and record labels release, monetize, and protect their music worldwide. We provide digital distribution to major DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), royalty collection, publishing administration, and content management solutions.
We currently work with 200+ artists and 250+ labels across multiple countries and are expanding our presence in Southeast Asia starting with Thailand.
Our mission is simple: Give creators transparency, control, and higher revenue from their music.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Thailand-based Business Development Manager who understands the local music industry and can actively connect ANS Music with Thai artists, labels, producers, and media partners.
This role is focused on relationship building, partnerships, and onboarding new clients, not cold corporate sales.
You will act as ANS Music's local representative in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach Thai artists, record labels, producers, and music companies
- Build long-term partnerships with local music industry stakeholders
- Present ANS Music services (distribution, YouTube monetization, publishing, licensing)
- Onboard new artists & labels and assist them during setup
- Translate client needs into internal requirements
- Attend local music events, showcases, and communities (online/offline)
- Monitor Thailand music trends (T-Pop, indie, TikTok trends, viral culture)
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Provide local market feedback to company leadership
Requirements
- Based in Thailand (Bangkok preferred)
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Strong network in Thai music industry (artists, studios, labels, managers, producers)
- Experience in music, entertainment, marketing, or artist management
- Understanding of Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, streaming platforms
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Passion for music culture

- Worked at label / distributor / talent agency
- Experience with music distribution or YouTube CMS
- Active in local music community
Compensation
- Fixed salary + performance commission (per onboarded client)
