Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in IT & Non-IT US Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients, managing MSP/VMS accounts, developing vendor partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT & Non-IT staffing across the USA.
· Develop relationships with direct clients, MSPs, VMS programs, and Tier-1 staffing companies.
· Acquire new accounts through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
· Coordinate with recruitment teams for quick closures.
· Build long-term strategic partnerships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor management teams.
· Drive monthly placement and revenue targets.
· Handle staffing requirements across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and IT sectors.
· Negotiate contracts, rate cards, payment terms, and service agreements.
