Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a specialized focus on Contract Logistics to drive our growth in Thailand.

This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the warehousing, distribution, and value-added services sector.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets for the Contract Logistics product in Thailand.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for contract logistics opportunities, from initial client engagement and needs analysis to solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions with clients to understand their specific supply chain challenges and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Solutions Design and Operations teams to develop competitive and operationally viable logistics solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organizations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasting and performance reports to the Business Development Director.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of direct experience in a B2B sales or business development role, with a proven track record of selling Contract Logistics solutions (e.g., warehousing, fulfillment, value-added services).
  • Deep understanding of the Thai logistics market, particularly within the contract logistics and warehousing sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle and a strong hunter mentality for new business acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition.
  • Business fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Thai is highly advantageous.
