Job Description

AnyMind Thailand is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and drive success in our digital marketing campaigns. You will be leading and mentoring a team, setting team goals and KPIs, managing their performance, and ensuring the successful execution of end-to-end business development strategies.

What You&aposll Do

  • Lead & Mentor Your Team: Manage and develop a team of executives, providing clear direction, guidance, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and grow their careers. You&aposll set and monitor team KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Client Relationship & Upselling: Connect with clients to fully understand their expectations and identify opportunities to upsell and grow their business.
  • Project Management: Plan project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns and lead the team to ensure execution achieves optimal business results.
  • Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign performance, anticipate potential problems, and work on solutions to prevent and resolve issues, even on weekends.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate reports customized to client requirements, including key findings and meaningful recommendations. Acquire relevant data and insights to evaluate account performance and set the digital marketing direction.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with relevant departments to acquire support for growing client business and fulfill contract compliance. Coordinate with third parties to ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor&aposs Degree.
  • Over 3 years of direct experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or in a Sales related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the influencer industry and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of AI adaptation in the job is a plus.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel).
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Thai communication.
  • Prior track record of AI usage and adaptation will be highly considered
