Job Description

Job Summary

Drive corridor performance and support commercial growth for the Cross Border Transfer business by managing partner operations, optimizing pricing competitiveness, and leading go-to-market initiatives. This role combines hands-on execution with cross-functional coordination to deliver sustainable user and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Commercial & Performance Management

  • Drive corridor performance in alignment with business targets.
  • Monitor transaction volumes, conversion funnels, pricing competitiveness, and campaign performance.
  • Work with Finance to review and optimize transfer fees and exchange rate competitiveness.
  • Support identification of new corridor and infrastructure opportunities.

Go-To-Market & Growth Initiatives

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new corridors, pricing adjustments, and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define value proposition, target segments, and launch strategy.
  • Track post-launch performance and recommend optimization actions.
  • Support localization strategies across different remittance corridors.

Cross-Functional & Project Management

  • Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and relevant cross-border regulations in operational processes.
  • Manage assigned commercial and partnership-related projects to meet timelines.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, GTM, or Payments.
  • Experience in eCommerce, Payments, Forex, or Remittance industry is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action plans.
  • Experience managing cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC and cross-border regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
