Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer complaints and service enquiries to identify recurring issues and root causes
  • Translate customer and buyer insights into actionable improvements for product, UX, and post-sales flows
  • Conduct buyer research to understand needs, decision drivers, and barriers across insurance journeys
  • Develop buyer insights and personas to support product positioning, messaging, and upsell strategies
  • Support go-to-market and in-app growth initiatives from acquisition, conversion, upsell, and persistency initiatives with insight-led recommendations
  • Identify strategic opportunities to disrupt online insurance space
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize and track customer experience improvements

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Admin, Finance, Economic or related field.
  • 5+ year of experience in Business development, Marketing, Sales
  • Experience in eCommerce and / or Insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
  • Experience with both online and offline marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office; Excel, Power Point, Word
