Role Summary
The incumbent is responsible for driving specification and achieving sales targets by actively promoting the Data Center Solutions product portfolio to System Integrators and End Users.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive and promote the unique value propositions of the Data Center Product portfolio, strengthening market positioning and brand awareness.
- Lead product promotion initiatives through sales presentations, and collaboration with Marketing on B2B events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and performance tracking (Target vs. Actual), ensuring alignment with business objectives and achievement of sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver concept proposals, technical specifications, and commercial quotations, contributing directly to revenue growth and sales turnover.
- Act as a trusted advisor to End Users, System Integrators, and Cabling Installers by providing high-quality pre-sales and post-sales support, including basic technical consultation.
- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of Legrand Data Center Solutions (LDCS), delivering effective product and solution presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular (weekly) sales visits with key partners, including System Integrators, Distributors, and End Users, and provide structured visit reports to management.
- Prepare periodic sales and business reports, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Role Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Data Center or IT infrastructure industry.
- Prior experience working with System Integrators, particularly in structured cabling, cabinets, UPS, and cable management solutions, is highly preferred.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated sales-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving business targets and objectives.
- Highly energetic and quick learner, with the ability to rapidly grasp both technical and commercial concepts.
- Strong customer-centric approach, committed to delivering excellent service and building long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal), with fluency in English for internal and external engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and can-do mindset.
