Our client's project is a well-established brand in the IT industry who is now looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager(Datacenter). This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and grow comprehensive sales/business development strategy to expand our presence in the data center market.
  • Build professional connections with key stakeholders in Manufacturing industries such as aerospace, automotive, semiconductors, food & beverage, etc.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including datacenter operators (Cloud and Colo), technology partners, GC's and manufacturing potential clients, to build long term strategic relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional industry trends, competitors activities & products, & emerging opportunities within the data centers sector.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet customer expectations & deliver on sales objectives to understand the unique needs of our data center clients & our capabilities.
  • Lead account strategy planning and drive growth across customer portfolios.
  • Create, manage, & deliver customer proposals on time, ensuring high standards & profitability.
  • Responsible over annual quarterly, & monthly sales plans according to the sales business objectives.
  • Coordinate / participate in customer seminars, exhibitions, & other events

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Technical (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical) but equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
  • Minimum 7 years of strategic sales experience in B2B environments and proven experience in sales/business development within the Data Center & Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, technologies, & Manufacturing industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build & maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Commercially savvy with a keen ability to develop & maintain C-level relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive account strategies and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to develop the account sales strategy and execute effectively.
  • A natural team player, comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
