Strategic Key Account Management & Growth
● Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for Apple and Google regional teams to align business objectives, joint roadmaps, and growth incentives.
● MAU & TPV Driving: Formulate and execute data-driven strategies specifically aimed at acquiring, retaining, and reactivating users paying via TrueMoney on the App Store and Google Play.
● Co-Marketing Initiatives: Initiate, negotiate, and execute impactful joint marketing campaigns (both ATL & BTL) with Apple and Google to migrate users from traditional payment methods (Credit Cards, Promptpay) to TrueMoney Wallet. Product Journey & Feature Development
● Journey Optimization: Deeply analyze and map the end-to-end user journey for Apple and Google payment linkages. Identify friction points, drop-offs, and design seamless payment flows (e.g., instant binding, smart recurring payments, one-click purchases).
● Technical & Friction Alignment: Work proactively with cross-functional Product and Tech teams to optimize payment success rates, minimize transaction errors, and ensure a world-class checkout experience. Data Insights & Commercial Performance
● User Segmentation: Leverage data analytics to uncover deep insights into digital content consumers, gamers, and entertainment subscribers (iOS vs. Android behaviors).
● KPI Management: Own and manage the P&L, budget, and commercial KPIs (TPV growth, active user count, cost-per-acquisition, and ROI) for the assigned key accounts.
● Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements, global payment trends, and tech updates from Apple/Google to proactively propose defensive and offensive business strategies. Skills & Competencies
● Strategic Account Management: Proven ability to manage high-value, complex global tech partners with strong negotiation and stakeholder alignment skills.
● Product & UX Savvy: Strong understanding of product design, user interface (UI/UX) flow mapping, and the mobile payment ecosystem.
● Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate raw transaction data and user funnels into actionable growth strategies.
● Agile & Execution-Focused: A hands-on, get-it-done attitude capable of managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Cross-Cultural Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international partners.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
● Manager level: 4–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Product Growth, or Business Development within Fintech, E-commerce, or Big Tech companies.
● Direct experience managing partnerships with global platform is a significant advantage.
● Familiarity with digital content subscription models, mobile payment infrastructure, or API integrations.
● Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) or a basic understanding of SQL databases is a strong plus.
● Strong command of MS Office (particularly Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for partner pitching).
