Job Summary:This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Silom, Bangkok, Thailand. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in the SEA Region. They will lead the expansion of DWAO's client base, develop and implement strategies for business development, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation &Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales & Relationship Management.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of DWAO's solutions.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and market demands.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.

Reporting & Performance:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent DWAO at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Experience in Sales
  • Applicants need to have Thai nationality
  • Must be able to communicate (converse& write) in both Thai & English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the MarTech, Digital Marketing, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn SalesNavigator.
  • A strong understanding of the sales cycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of contacts within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Knowledge of the specific technology area that the startup focuses on.
