Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team in Indonesia and working remotely. The successful candidate will identify and engage potential business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and drive the growth of the company's market presence. Responsibilities include researching market trends, creating and executing business strategies, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring company goals and sales targets are met. Collaboration with internal departments to align efforts and continuing to innovate in acquiring new clients will also be crucial to the role.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales experience, including identifying leads and driving conversions
- Market Research and Client Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency
- Strategic Planning and Goal-Oriented approaches to achieving business objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to adapt to new environments, work collaboratively, and manage time efficiently
- Experience in financial or trading platforms is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM and data analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
