About Us:We run four global freight-forwarding networks - each with its own logistics focus - bringing together members to collaborate and deliver end-to-end solutions worldwide.
Job Objective:To strategically grow the 4 networks, focusing on targeted areas and recruiting the right freight forwarders & industry stakeholders to enhance our network globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying Network Priority Countries:
- Conduct market research to identify priority countries for network expansion.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies.
- Engage in cold/warm calling and emailing.
Sales Activities:
- Schedule and conduct appointments.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Prepare quotes based on prospects needs.
- Fill and update the sales pipeline.
- Onboard new customers, including onboarding calls & procedures.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure membership satisfaction.
Customer Solutions:
- Address inquiries from existing members.
Growth and Referrals:
- Solicit referrals from satisfied members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in BDM or sales, in logistics or related industries.
- Proficient English language skills - other languages a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
