Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Independently develop and manage hotel resources in Thailand, including independent hotels, chain hotels, and high-star hotels.
• Responsible for business negotiations, risk and cost control in hotel resource procurement, and effective management of issues during contract signing and execution.
• Collect and analyze local market information and develop channel pricing strategies.
• Develop corresponding and effective contract negotiation strategies based on the characteristics and market structure of hotels in the contracted areas.
• Based on long-term cooperative relationships with hotels, collaborate closely with headquarters and relevant business departments to improve product profit margins.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the hotel or travel agency industry, familiar with the direct procurement model of hotels in Thailand, and experience in hotel sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, data-sensitive, and adept at identifying key points.
• Tourism/Hotel Management major, experience in developing hotel resources through hotel B2B distribution platforms, OTAs, or large travel agencies is preferred.
• Able to use Chinese and English as working languages, knowledge of Thai is a plus.
• Proactive and able to adapt to an overseas work environment.
