Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (SaaS) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and consultative selling with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales or Business Development.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in handling enterprise or mid-market clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the SaaS sales lifecycle.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
