Our client is seeking a consultative Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of AI and automation solutions across enterprise customers. The role focuses on building senior-level relationships, identifying high-value transformation opportunities, and working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored AI-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Engaging senior decision-makers to uncover challenges, design AI-led solutions, and support POC-to-production workflows.
- Building trusted relationships with enterprise clients and driving multi-stakeholder engagement and account expansion.
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solution proposals aligned to customer goals and industry requirements.
- Managing pipeline growth, opportunity qualification, forecasting accuracy, and execution of revenue targets.
- Supporting smooth customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction in partnership with delivery and customer success.
- Staying informed on market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging enterprise demands to refine solution strategy.
- Coordinating with regional teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years experience in enterprise B2B solution sales within AI, SaaS, automation, or enterprise software.
- Experience selling into financial services, telecom, or large enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven consultative selling skills and experience managing complex enterprise deal cycles.
- Familiarity with solution-selling frameworks such as MEDDIC, BANT, or Challenger Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and developing strategic account plans.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, multicultural environments.
- Exposure to AI solutions such as conversational AI, voice AI, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
