Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial interior design and fit-out market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, client meetings, and industry events.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines to support proposal and quotation preparation.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of secured projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Experience in commercial interior design, renovation, fit-out, construction, or related industries will be advantageous.
- Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to generate leads independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of interior fit-out processes and project workflows is preferred.
