Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for driving new business growth and managing multinational client relationships under the Global Benefits Management practice. Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  2. Manage the implementation and administration of life, medical, and other group benefit and IPMI programs across multiple clients.
  3. Lead benefits strategy discussions with clients, analyzing current programs and providing tailored recommendations based on market trends, claim experience, and employee feedback.
  4. Coordinate marketing efforts, including benefit plan benchmarking, insurer negotiation, proposal review, and renewal presentation to clients.
  5. Ensure accuracy in enrollment processing, renewal processing, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
  6. Deliver clear and strategic communication of benefit plans (HR handbook) to client HR teams and employees (e.g., onboarding, plan changes, renewals).
  7. Handle complex claims issues, billing discrepancies, and escalated eligibility problems with insurers or internal departments, while validating premium billing and payment schedules to reconcile client accounts with both insurers and internal finance teams.
  8. Compile reports on claim trends, utilization, financial summaries, and program effectiveness for internal review and client presentations.
  9. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of service delivery and identifying upsell opportunities.
  10. Provide support to the Global Business and Business Development teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities for the department.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, insurance or a related field or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in employee benefits or group insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of life, medical and other group insurance products and market practices.
  • Ability to interpret insurance terms, plan designs and claims/utilization report.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and benefit administration platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; able to present to executives and support end users.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
