Our Client:
We have recently partnered with a MNC company that is a leading smart logistics solution provider. The company is expanding their Thailand operation and currently looking for a talented senior business development manager to join their team.
Responsibility:
- You'll plan and deliver comprehensive sales strategies, explore new market segments, and expand business portfolios with existing clients in short and limited timeline.
- You'll establish long-term relationships with potential clients with the view to enhancing business opportunities and bringing the innovative product/solution to the mainstream market
- You'll engage in contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize the profitability of the Company and deliver the sales target.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as construction, information technology, and automation team to bring the company suite of smart logistic warehouses and services to markets.
- You'll assist in managing the Thailand Business Development team including team member performance and departmental budgets control and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Development, Logistics, Supply Chain Management; an advanced degree is preferred
- Atleast 10 years of working experience within the logistics industry
- Experienced with the workings of cross-functional departments, coordination, and communication.
- Proven experience working with international clients or in a cross-cultural business environment is preferred
