Drive business growth and market expansion within the Power & Renewable Energy sector in Thailand and Greater Mekong Region (Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia).
Identify and develop new business opportunities related to owner's engineering, technical advisory, testing, inspection, and certification services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with power developers, utilities, EPC contractors, investors, consultants, and government authorities.
Lead business development activities including client engagement, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and project acquisition.
Promote Bureau Veritas services across conventional power, renewable energy, and energy transition projects.
Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen BV's market presence in the energy sector.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Support regional and local initiatives to expand BV's capabilities in the power and renewable energy market.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Technical Advisory, Owner's Engineering, TIC, or Project Management Consulting within the Power or Renewable Energy sector.
Strong technical understanding of power generation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy projects.
Proven track record in securing and developing business opportunities with major power and energy clients.
Established industry network with developers, utilities, EPC contractors, and energy stakeholders in Thailand and GMR.
Experience in owner's engineering and technical advisory services is highly preferred.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Thai.
Willingness to travel as required for business development activities.
